Mindalike
AI-powered collaborative development platform
Overview & Problem
Mindalike is an AI-assisted collaborative platform designed to eliminate remote developer isolation. It unifies shared multi-language code editing, contextual AI suggestions, WebRTC voice/video calling, and real-time screen sharing into a single browser-based workspace.
The Engineering Problem
Modern remote development requires constantly jumping between disjointed tools: external IDEs, video calls, screen-sharing apps, and disconnected AI chat tabs. This creates context fragmentation and makes collaborative coding friction-heavy.
What I Built
- ■Co-founded the platform, leading product architecture and engineering from concept to production.
- ■Engineered real-time messaging, WebRTC peer-to-peer audio/video streaming, and screen-sharing pipelines.
- ■Built an AI-assisted multi-language code editor with contextual code generation and intelligent completion.
- ■Implemented PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) policies and real-time database listeners for multi-tenant workspace isolation.
- ■Designed a responsive interface using React 18, TypeScript, TanStack Query for optimistic updates, and shadcn/ui components.
Engineering & Architecture
Peer-to-Peer WebRTC Mesh Signaling
Handled media track negotiation and NAT traversal across varying client networks, ensuring low-latency voice and video without dedicated media server overhead.
Fine-Grained Database Security
Used PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) to enforce strict tenant boundaries so developers only access authorized code workspaces and room states.
